Long overdue, yeah? I think it's better late than never. The first two weeks of the boot camp were quite eventful for team 28.

The project assigned to us (group 28) was: A shared workspace for tech companies to rent out their desk and conference rooms for short-term projects.

Hence the birth of SPACIFY...

In the first week, there was initial confusion on who the leaders are and the specific details of what the project entails but soon enough, we gathered our various suggestions on a name and tagline for this project, voted, and the final result was arrived at...

SPACIFY Flexible spaces that meet your needs.

Week 2 was less eventful compared to week one, with motivations running low but we pulled through somehow.

In that light, here's what we achieved within the first two weeks of the SideHustle boot camp(drum rolls, please)...

Graphic Designs: The graphic design group worked together on the brand guide, where they decided on the brand color, typeface, logo, core values, and mission statement.

They designed flyers according to the creative brief provided to them by the digital marketing group, they checked google for inspiration and did their best in creating beautiful aesthetics as well as communicating the necessary information. Digital Marketing and Content Creation: This subteam was further divided into 3 groups.

Group 1 created social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

Group 2 put together the social media strategy for SPACIFY and a content calendar for June. bit.ly/3mK6YKl

Group 3 consists of the duo that is handling this blog.

After this, we created a link tree that linked all our social media pages, allowing easy accessibility. Here's the link tree linktr.ee/spacify_ng

UI/UX team: They conducted user research, brainstormed on the data gotten from the research then created the wireframe and the design system. They also designed high-fidelity screens for the Spacify website, iterating on the low-fidelity screens to come up with better web pages. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS..

Product Management : Using the design thinking process, this team created a User Persona, PRD, and User flow for the product.

WordPress/Frontend A free hosting platform for the website and theme was created and chosen subsequently. They then went ahead to install the necessary plugins. Since the site was still under construction, they created a coming soon page with a form for individuals to signup for our newsletter.

The brand guide was taken into consideration while creating the site. While on this, they got the high-fidelity pages for the SPACIFY site from UI/UX team and are working closely with the UI/UX team to create an aesthetic yet effective website.

Backend; The backend team did a technical deep drive and came up with an ERD.

Quality Assurance; They created test cases for the Frontend and Backend teams at every point of the flow (Test-driven development).

Customer Relationship Management; The CRM team chose the Zoho app as their tool to plan and track feeds. They researched questions people could ask about the project and created a FAQ document for the Frontend team to add to the landing page. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS..

A tawk.to account was also created for seamless communication with customers. Lastly, they created a tidio chatbot that will be input into our website by the front-end team.

Data Analytics They were asked to scrap, clean, and visualize data for past trends, present and future predictions on a shared workspace. For that, they created a Google form and sent it out, over 200 responses were gotten, and from the responses, they were able to create a Dashboard Visualization. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS.. startup28digi-oj08787.slack.com/files/U03JS..

Whoosh! Now, we can finally say that all of our week 1&2 tasks were carried out successfully. The new weeks to come will be better, hopefully.

Meanwhile, week 3's progress report will be here soon so watch out for it.

See you in a bit.
